Quick and easy way to make stuffing. 1/2 oz. package makes 12-16 servings or enough to stuff a 12 lb. bird.
You will need:
Butter or margarine
Note: This is a moist dressing. If you prefer a drier dressing, use the smaller amount of water. If this recipe makes more than you need, the uncooked portion may be frozen for future use.
Apple Stuffing: Add 1 peeled apple, chopped or grated.
Wine Stuffing: Replace part of the water with 1/4-1/2 cup dry, white wine, pouring directly over the bread cubes.
Dehydrated vegetables (onions, celery), salt, herbs and spices.
