Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it in it's original condition within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will gladly refund your purchase price. Boxed items must be returned in their original undamaged shipping box. Shipping costs and insurance are nonrefundable. 
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To return any product, please call our store at 1-701-845-3631 and we will give you return instructions. Please do not return any merchandise without authorization by our Customer Service Department.

You can also return an item by simply logging in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Damaged Shipment

If you receive a shipment which is damaged upon receipt, please contact us. Our shipments are insured and we will file a claim for you with the carrier that delivered the shipment. Please retain the package and contents, as the carrier may wish to inspect it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must occur within 12 hours on all orders, if order has not already shipped.
