Lima, great northern, kidney, pinto, small red, cranberry, pink, etc., are used to make this popular Italian vegetable soup. 9oz. Yields 2.5 qts.
Minestrone Soup Mix is my personal favorite of the Dakota Seasonings Natural Goodness line of soup mixes.
You will need:
Ground Beef
Tomatoes
Water
Bay leaf (optional)
Tomato Juice
Pasta
Salt & Pepper
4 qt kettle
Roughly 2.5 hrs prep & prepare
Cook's Note:
I like to add a little extra ground beef to make it a little heartier, and always use Clamato Juice because it is always in the house instead of tomato juice.

This mix is very good and has a great variety of beans, etc. Would cost so much more if I had to buy everything separately. Really good seasonings to make this special.
I like to add small pieces of beef, cooked or not, and let them simmer with the soup. Very good, light Italian flavorings. Hearty for a full meal.
